You should have proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors, and substantial relevant experience within the same domain.
You should have in-depth experience in driving New Business SaaS opportunities
You should be able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
You should have a good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT and software solutions.
You should have effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, international exposure, and ability to be deployed across the territory.
You should have excellent communication skills in English.
Previous experience with India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives is considered a plus.
