As a Recruiter
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and find the right talent for the organization.
 A day in the life of Recruiter
Identifying / Sourcing profiles through various channels like Linkledin and Job boards like Instahyre and Naukri.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity, tracking candidate pipelines, and generating reports.
You are a great fit for this role if you have
3-5 years of experience in recruiting for Enterprise Product companies.
Proven expertise in hiring for positions in Engineering, QA, DevOps, UX and Product Management.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever
