Job Description

  • Managing contractors, contract documents and tender documents, and preparing performance reports.
  • Collecting and analyses of Project data, setting financial / Commercial parameters, drafting bid documents , Work Orders / Purchase orders and managing paperwork.
  • Resolving contract-related problems, and ensuring that terms, conditions, and pricing are accurately executed.
  • Ensure Claims & Variation, Change order Management. 
  • Co-ordination with Project all stakeholders.
  • Hands on Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation & Budgeting added advantage,
  • The candidate should be capable of working Independently with min. supervision.
