LNRS is part of RELX, a FTSE100 global provider of data, information and solutions for professional customers; RELX has recently been ranked by Forbes as #53 in their Top-2000 Global Employers.About the RoleThe Position works with management to apply automation strategy . coupled with programming skills to plan and execute effective and efficient automation testing. to accomplish on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.About Responsibilities:Working as part of the scrum team in collaboration with Product owners, BAs, Developers, Architects, and other involved teamsCollaborating with the team wherever needed and making sure that failures are identified as early as possible ensuring that quality products are delivered to our users.Creating test scenarios from requirements and acceptance criteriaExecuting the tests and communicating the results with root cause analysis with the team.Raise defects with all the relevant information.Design and develop effective automation framework.Implementing the automation for all the test scenarios (functional, nonfunctional) and any other automation that can facilitate effective testing.Achieve a high level of automation coverage for all the products that are delivered by the team.Work with DevOps to set-up builds in the CI-CD pipeline to run the automated tests for different environments based on the requirement.Continuous maintenance of the automation frameworkTaking responsibility and ownership of all testing deliveries from the teamRelease managementMaintain best practices across the department liaising with the team.About Requirements:Primary Skill: BDD + Creating Test Plans and test scenarios + Automation Testing + CI/CD + API.5-7 Years of overall work experience.Efficient testing approaches with effective attention to detail.Sound experience in automation framework e.g. Webdriver IO, Java or in JavaScriptExperience in API testing.Experience in Agile, BDD, Continuous integration and Continuous delivery methods.Project management tools such Azure DevOps/Test Plan or Jira for Defect Management and Test Cases.Experience working with source control.Designing test strategies, plans and processes, methodologies and supporting documentation for functional and non-functional areasQuick learnerBenefits:Group Health Insurance Policy (covering self and family)Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career advancement and professional growthCollaborative and inclusive work environmentFlexible work arrangementsHealth and wellness programsGroup Life insurance/accident policyGenerous long-service awardsNew Baby giftRewards and CertificationsAt LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
