Role Purpose


The role of the Project Delivery Manager is to assist with, support and help drive the planning & execution of transformation projects across JLL, adhering to project deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Delivery Manager will be able to work independently or with more senior Program Managers through the project initiation process, through project execution throughout the project’s life cycle and formal closure and review for each project. Due to the complexity of the organisation, the Project Manager may also be instrumental in managing the human aspects of change in projects.


What this job involves:


Key responsibilities include:


  • Plans, monitor and manage the Lease Enterprise Administration Platform (LEAP) Business case.
  • Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones including identification of people resource requirements, training, and skills development needs.
  • Build, manage, maintain investment management process for Lease Enterprise Administration Platform (LEAP) Business Case (approximately 8 million USD).
  • Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems.
  • Owns reporting of LEAP Business case financials /metrics; masters internal Excel based tool to adhere to standard tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and clients.
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of business objectives to improve project outcomes.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Manage the project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions.
  • Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
  • Support and manage the necessary communication activities related to projects and changes.
  • Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.
  • Identification of potential risks for resistance and benefit realization, evaluation and ensuring readiness for change as well as development of plans to address.
  • Support building out of the project management and change management capabilities across JLL in order to enable more streamlined and effective project & change management across JLL.
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
  • Instructs/directs project teams
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change.
The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills.  A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Advanced English communication level.
  • Proven experience in complex global project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Expert understanding of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Advanced understanding of at least 1 project planning tool (e.g. Smart Sheets, Monday.com, MS Project, Monday.com, implementation, project management, reporting, etc.).
  • Experience in gathering timely and accuracy financial data.
  • Experience in delivering a business case and/or end-to-end financial project delivery.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders/ internal clients to understand requirements and provide project updates, and ensure satisfaction
  • Self-motivated, and an ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects from inception to completion on tight timelines; experience applying consistent processes and frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and make connections across topics, ideas and teams; and ability to simplex complex investment/ spend management scenarios for Exec level updates
  • Strong attention to detail and remarkable follow-through
  • Insatiable appetite for lifelong learning, professional development

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet
  • Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets.
  • Possesses an experience in business case management – full lifecycle (from business case creation through delivery and achievement of business case targets.)
  • PMP Certification or similar.
  • Experience in writing business cases.
  • Experience in process analysis.
