Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Rates Derivatives Business and exceptional project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, proficiency in JIRA, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, basic knowledge of SQL and Excel is required.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with significant exposure to Rates Derivatives Business.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in JIRA for creating issues, dashboards, and metrics.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and various tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects within the Rates Derivatives Business domain.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create and manage JIRA issues, dashboards, and metrics to track project progress.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Project Management:
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in managing projects within the Rates Derivatives Business domain.
Agile Methodologies:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices.
JIRA:
- Proficiency in creating and managing JIRA issues, dashboards, and metrics.
Data Analysis:
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Day-to-day Activities:
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Create and manage JIRA issues, dashboards, and metrics to track project progress.
- Analyze data using SQL and Excel to support project decision-making.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
