About the role:

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.

About the team: 

• MAP PS - Team responsible for end to end FEDM product implementations, custom enhancements, product configurations, report building and upgrades for central banks.
• MME PS - Team responsible for end to end custom implementations of data scraping projects and integrating with MarketMap database for trading firms.

What you will be doing:

This position is for Senior Project Manager – Technology. You will be responsible managing product implementations and upgrades working with Consulting Services, Product Development and other internal teams, work with clients to document requirements and manage client’s delivery globally. You will be providing client support across multiple time zones and assisting clients during product installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

What you will need:

• Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent
• Min 5-10 years of experience on Project Management and related tools
• Excellent oral & written communication skill
• Strong understanding of creating and managing MS Project Plans
• Managing SOW’s/Change Requests for Upgrades/New Interfaces & Enhancements
• Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client
• Defining and managing Project plans, Project Risks & issues
• Allocation and monitoring work of project team, providing direction and support
• Creation of Project status reports and participate in client status calls
• Managing client deliveries, providing post-delivery support

• Strong analytical skill
• Eye for detail
• Good to have background in Finance with Trade & Assets, Treasury or, Lending experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, PlanView, TFS
• Forecasting revenue, managing timesheets, client invoices, and budgets
