Job Description
This role forms part of our People Function Portfolio Management Office team, which supports the planning and delivery of our HR change priorities. We provide consistent tools, support and mentorship to ensure that all our people project activities are co-ordinated across all the different functions, divisions, and regions, while maintaining overall People Function oversight.You will be assigned to lead a wide variety of our global People Function strategic projects, working independently or supporting a Programme Director. Role Purpose: Leads complex and large-scale, moderate to high-risk projects to ensure delivery that is timely, in budget and within scope.Key responsibilities and accountabilities·Identifies and runs project and programme dependencies.·Leads complex, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external collaborators / customers.·Crafts the development of project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans (as needed), ensuring they are scoped and detailed and that risk management processes are in place.·Partners with project sponsors/leads/collaborators (including customers) to define project objectives, timelines and success criteria·Develops status reports to update senior team members on project progress, and gains commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required.·Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc, assessing and resolving high-priority project risks.·Leads multiple workstreams and large project teams to drive a successful outcome.·Handles the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance.·Ensures all projects follow the LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.Skills and experiences:·Experience working on HR projects. Knowledge of end-to-end HR cycle, HR policies and/or procedures.·Experience of working in a matrix organisation.·Experience of driving and implementing organisational change.·Significant experience in project or programme management, could have previous portfolio experience.· Significant people management experience.·Experience of Project Management methodologies and tools, i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
