Overview
The Global Business Solutions Center team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to partner closely with the Services B2B Marketing strategy team. This role will support special projects across multiple marketing functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project prioritization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a knack for administrative tasks.
Role
Work closely with the Services B2B Marketing strategy team to understand and streamline processes & projects across seven different marketing functions. Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Evaluate and prioritize projects based on product and customer needs, developing frameworks that integrates the efforts of different teams supporting the initiatives.
Gather and consolidate information from various teams, compile notes, and make well-informed proposals and recommendations.
Collect and analyze data from different teams and provide actionable insights and proposals to drive strategic decisions.
Manage all-hands calls, walkthroughs, learning and sharing sessions, and weekly office hours. Handle a variety of operational tasks to enable the marketing team, ensuring a consistent feedback loop and maintaining organized records.
Assist with team processes and stakeholder management, addressing various tasks and challenges as they arise.

Experience working with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in project management, data analysis, and administrative support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines..
Have a willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
Possess excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic.
Possess a sense of urgency and a customer service focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in computer / business / marketing / finance / information systems or a related field
