Job Description

This leadership position involves managing multiple overlapping Offensive Security projects or programs on a regional and global scale. The role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, driving process improvements, managing risks, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality security solutions aligned with business needs. It also emphasizes customer relationship management, team leadership, and operational efficiency to ensure program success and client satisfaction.


Day to day responsibilities:


·       Lead multiple regional Offensive Security programs by managing experienced cross-regional security and project management teams.


·       Design and implement project management solutions that address business needs by identifying gaps and providing alternatives.


·       Collaborate with the Global PMO leader to address program management process maturity challenges and drive continual improvement by analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and ensure quality.


·       Deliver company and client-facing reports, status updates, and performance metrics for program-level communications.


·       Anticipate and manage project or program risks by preparing, leading, and executing proactive response strategies.


·       Drive alignment across staffing plans, budgets, and schedules, considering constraints and priorities.


·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth delivery across different project and programs.


·       Provide leadership and coach junior team members to achieve high performance levels.


·       Manage direct reports and oversee training, mentorship, and professional development along with the Global PMO leader.


·       Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and track project performance.


·       Address risks and blockers by escalating critical issues to Engagement Managers when necessary.


·       Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to client requirements during the delivery process.

·       Effective at fostering collaboration across cross-regional teams and building consensus among stakeholders.


·       Team-oriented mindset with a cultural sensitivity that promotes collaboration across global teams.


·       Adept at mentoring teams and influencing decision-making processes at all levels.


·       Confident, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-impact results.


·       Strong people management and relationship-building skills to support team and client success.


Prerequisites


·       + 7 years of extensive experience in managing security programs within diverse cultural environments.


·       Solid track record in managing multiple concurrent initiatives within large-scale portfolios (+>3M client portfolio).


·       Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and resource allocation.


·       Certified in PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent professional credentials.


·       Willingness to operate between 2 to 11 PM IST. Remote working is an option.
