Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a platform, ensuring it is tailored to meet stakeholder requirements for streamlined automation. The Project Manager will assess features, scalability, integration capabilities, security, and pricing, crafting a detailed implementation plan with defined tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and milestones.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiating projects and defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establishing and maintaining communication with project teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes.
- Supervising the project team, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver on time.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Preparing status reports through data analysis and summarization.
- Implementing effective communication plans.
- Facilitating change requests, informing all parties about impacts on schedule and budget.
- Developing user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful implementation.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
- Overseeing ERP projects.
Proven project management experience and the ability to lead project teams to completion are essential.
