We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager for leading a large program impacting Payment Accuracy Metric (PAM) by proactively identifying and mitigating root causes to ensure accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate will also spearhead managing the WW expansion and onboarding of businesses on newly launched products, collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning across business, operations and engineering. The role also includes setting up scalable mechanisms for preventing and addressing compliance failures during invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Timely Payments Program: Drive a program for pro-actively identifying and managing the invoices that are stuck in systems and will miss payment SLA. This will entail collaborating with business, operations and engineering teams to prioritize issues, proactively detect potential delays, conduct root cause analysis, and build mitigation plans (both short and long term) for corrective action planning ensuring timely and accurate payments for carriers.
2) WW Compliance Parity: Partner with multiple teams, including Tax, Operations, business and engineering, to deep dive on 1000+ exceptions across 19 marketplaces and 280+ carriers ensuring compliance for the invoices getting paid.
3) Onboarding of businesses and partner teams’ processes on newly launched products: Program manage the WW expansion and onboarding of businesses on newly launched products, collaborating with key stakeholders across TFS, Controllership, and Procurement Teams to drive change management, streamline processes, improve visibility, and enhance operational efficiency.
4) Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, ensuring alignment on objectives, and driving the successful implementation of initiatives.
5) Program Leadership: Lead large-scale programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective change management, and achievement of project milestones in alignment with organizational goals.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
