The Cart Building and Consolidation team owns customer-facing metrics on delivery experience, which are influenced by multiple teams and initiatives across Categories, Product and Operations. The team is looking for a high impact Program Manager who can own and drive these metrics working across this diverse set of stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
This role will entail driving a customer-facing metric for delivery experience.
The person will need to work with partner teams across Category, Finance, Ops, Product - both within India and globally to
(i) drive and track performance of existing initiatives and
(ii) identify and implement new initiatives, to meet the business goals
About the team
Part of the Delivery Experience vertical, we help drive customer convenience as well as profitability by helping customers identify and purchase items relevant to their needs. We work across all relevant stakeholders (Category teams, Operations, Product) to make this possible and manage the inputs/initiatives that drive this
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
