Job Title: MBA Senior Leadership Candidate (Professor or Associate Professor)

Location: Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in MBA from a recognized institution (Any Specialization)
  
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in AICTE-approved institutions.
  
• Familiarity with AICTE regulations and accreditation processes.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience: Proven leadership skills and experience in academic roles
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to academic and administrative staff
  

  
  

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for academic excellence
  

  
  

• Mentor and guide faculty members
  

  
  

• Oversee curriculum development and academic programs
  

  
  

• Ensure compliance with AICTE norms and standards
  

  
  

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (Depending upon previous salary and experience)
