The position 


As a Senior Professional B1,you will be working with the Inbound Supply management team at Supply chain GBS, Novo Nordisk. You will also be entrusted with below responsibilities:


  • Register COA in STYX and manage SAP registrations.
  • Verify and post invoices in the Coupa Invoicing System.
  • Handle operational planning responsibilities, including inbound supply management and export orders.
  • Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide data analytics support.
  • Maintain data management and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications


  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in related field from a well-recognized institute along with 3-4 years of experience in planning, procurement, and support functions.
  • Experience with STYX or similar registration systems and SAP ECC/R3. Familiarity with COA procedures and documentation.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and invoice verification within Coupa or similar systems.
  • Ability to work on offshored planning processes. Strong analytical skills and experience with data processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables.
  • High collaboration skills across cultures and a quality mindset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

About the department


Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of the Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan. Our unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) at the Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. We focus on optimising costs and reducing complexity by operating an effective supply chain. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, and the Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form, allowing other areas within Product Supply to join or add to the Catalogue.
