The position 


As a Senior professional B1 at Novo Nordisk, your are expected to perform as a Master data specialist and you are entrusted to fulfill the following responsibilities:


  • Participate in PI Planning of Agile Release Train.
  • Demo & Retrospective.
  • Daily Stand Ups (DSU).
  • Handling DV related action for Master data in Winshuttle.
  • Creation and Maintenance of SOP / Instruction as per the NN standards.
  • Timely execution of Winshuttle Support activity.
  • Training End users on new developments/improvements.

Qualifications


  • Masters/Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience within SAP master data, preferable within pharma or supply chain.
  • Master Data Management experience in Winshuttle tool(Must have).
  • Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver and Return and the supporting master data).
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation.
  • Ability to understand end-to-end processes within the creation of selected materials.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps and S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

You will be part of the Supply Chain Global Business Services team, based in our Global Shared Service centre in Bangalore. Our team thrives on close collaboration with key stakeholders and strategic alignment. We foster a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where continuous improvement is a shared objective. Some travelling between Bangalore and Denmark for training purposes should be expected.
