What you'll do


  • Drive the roadmap, make appropriate trade-offs and execute.
  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders including product marketing, sales, clients, prospects, and the development team for product improvements. Based on technical feasibility, sustainability, team estimates and capacity, decide appropriate release timelines.
  • Be the interface between customer facing and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements.
  • Prepare product backlog for sprint planning. Communicate and explain the product backlog to the team
  • Partner with UX and development to collaboratively create mockups that translate into features
  • Develop, collect and communicate metrics on solution performance.
  • Coordinate Beta and GTM activities with key partners
  • Identify and overcome barriers to success of solutions in specific markets by working collaboratively with the field.

What you'll bring


  • 10+ years of total experience in software, and an innate understanding of what gets field sales and customers excited and frustrated.
  • 3+ years of Product management and/or product marketing experience with on-premise and cloud applications and software.
  • Ability to take responsibility proactively and demonstrated success in delivering world class software to market.
  • Strong skills in working with and influencing key stakeholders from product, engineering, sales, consulting and marketing across the organization.
  • Experience in leveraging various resources for GTM, field sales and marketing to ensure adoption and success of the solution portfolio.
  • Credibility to pitch ideas to the field and harvest customer feedback and use cases that translate to product requirements to build solutions.
  • Passion for combining technologies with business best practices
  • Global experience and knowledge of enterprise application software products an advantage.
