Senior Product Owner-AI

What success looks like in this role:

• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Define Goals and Objectives: Establish clear goals and objectives for the product based on business requirements and customer feedback.
• Product Planning:
• Roadmap Development: Create and communicate a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.
• Prioritization: Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on business value and customer impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision and goals.
•  Development and Execution:
• User Stories: Define and document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Agile Development: Work with development teams using agile methodologies to iteratively build and release features.

Specific to AI and Data

• Utilize the understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning to develop strategic product roadmaps. Evaluate market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation. Also Utilize popular AI, ML, and DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras to help guide product development.
• Oversee the complete product life cycle, from conception through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the development of high-quality AI-driven products in line with defined objectives.
• Regularly provide leadership with updates on product development progress, market trends, and potential challenges. Make informed recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to integrate MLOps practices into product development. Understand and contribute to system design, ensuring that products are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
• Supervise and assist the team in executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate the value and potential of your research to the organization and Proactively engage in the patent creation process to safeguard the organization's intellectual property rights.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Learning, or a related field with 10+ year of Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Solid background in Data Science and Software Engineering with in-depth understanding of database indexing and data modelling..

•  Relevant experience on NLP, Machine Learning and Deep learning
•  Relevant  experience on Python
• Extensively work on NLP applications, ability to work on Machine learning model, Deep learning development
• Knowledge of LLMs, fine tuning and deployment

Additional Skills

• Experience annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods and correction.
• Experience on text to transform natural language into useful features.
• Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.
• Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models.
• Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks.
• Experience on Writing on effective and scalable code
•  Knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of analysis tools and platforms like R, Python, Google Cloud
• PowerPoint skills
• Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-culturally
