Senior Product Marketing Manager – Prime Benefits
Are you passionate about creating compelling customer experiences and driving engagement for one of Amazon’s most loved programs? Amazon Prime is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to enhance existing benefits and create new value propositions that delight members and drive long-term growth.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for expanding Prime’s benefits portfolio, working across Amazon’s ecosystem to maximize the value of Prime for members. You will collaborate with benefit partner teams- Prime Video, Shipping, Payments, Corp BD and other partner teams in India, Emerging Markets, and Worldwide to develop new benefits and optimize existing ones. Your work will directly impact Prime membership engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
The ideal candidate has a strong strategic mindset, high judgment, and a deep understanding of customer behavior. A key success factor in this role will be the ability to simplify complex benefit structures and craft engaging experiences that increase awareness, adoption, and engagement with Prime benefits.
Key job responsibilities
Define and drive the strategy for Prime Benefits, focusing on enhancing existing benefits and launching new ones to increase engagement and retention.
Partner with global Prime teams and Amazon businesses to identify opportunities for new benefits and integrate them into the Prime experience.
Own end-to-end marketing and customer communication for Prime New benefits, driving higher awareness and engagement through on-site experiences, campaigns, and partnerships.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize benefit positioning, customer education, and engagement strategies.
Contribute to key leadership reviews such as MBRs, QBRs, OPs, and Roadmap discussions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, growth strategy, or customer engagement roles in consumer tech, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale initiatives that impact customer behavior and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to develop insights, drive decision-making, and optimize strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, tech, marketing, and business teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
- Experience in subscription businesses, loyalty programs, or membership models.
- Familiarity with Prime, its benefits, and customer behavior in e-commerce and entertainment.
- Background in customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, or engagement strategy.
