Overview
The team is part of Mastercard’s Open Banking division and brings to life our vision of empowering consumers to benefit from their own financial data. We are passionate about creating solutions that unlock FinTech innovation and streamline everyday consumer experiences. Many leading organizations are already using the Mastercard Open Banking platform to deliver some of the industry’s most compelling services. Open Banking is a fast-growing area of Mastercard's business, and this team is a key driver of new capabilities and a very exciting place to work!
Key Responsibilities –
• The candidate will act as a subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrations with Financial Institutions across all product use cases.
• Support Operational tickets/issues requiring Product knowledge with Financial Institution integrations knowledge
• Strong in driving Customer escalations with internal teams and take it to closure
• Navigate and resolve differing viewpoints constructively, maintaining independence and autonomy.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, Product and engineering teams, influencing and partnering to drive success.
• Communicate effectively statuses to Senior leadership and internal stakeholders
• Actively manage stakeholders and senior leadership with competing priorities and time constraint activities
• Strong presentation skills in providing single view of all the issues to stakeholders and executive leadership
All About You

• 6-8 years of experience in Technical/product coordination, product management and care about operations (how customers use products)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Computer science, engineering or related field
• Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred along with highly developed multi-cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work with globally diverse team across different time zones
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate several complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently (and with ambiguity) while operating within a team environment
• Ability to challenge established views and assumptions at all levels and facilitate/lead discussions & debates
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
• Strong oral & written communication and presentation skills, including communicating thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in oral and written form
• Excellent listening skills and facilitating /guiding senior executives/colleagues
• Experience leading /motivating and managing teams and mentoring other colleagues
• Knowledge of Open Banking in general is a plus
