Job Requisition ID #23WD72619Position OverviewThis is a Product Management role reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization.The Data Products & Insights product domain's mission is to enable and empower key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, People & People experience through actionable insights, automation, self-service, and scalable data capabilities.Autodesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in enterprise data platforms or enterprise data and insights to join the Data Products & Insights product domain. This role will support and manage our Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) which will be our Single Source of Truth (SSoT) across the company.ResponsibilitiesDrive the vision and strategy for EDH in furthering company goals and objectivesPartner closely with Eng and drive the delivery of roadmap commitments, being responsible for landing impactDefine and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for your product group aligned to our goals, prioritizing the most important problems that will drive the biggest impact for AutodeskDevelop and define comprehensive PRDs & success metricsDefine OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impactLead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've definedEnsure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practicesMinimum Qualifications8+ years of experience in product management8+ years of experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise data platforms or enterprise data and insights partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance)Overall 8+ years of experience managing data platforms or enterprise data & insights roadmapsExcellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technicalExceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skillsBS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentPreferred QualificationsMS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalentExperience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plusTechnical fluency; understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team membersYou take risks and can make quick decisionsYou can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to execution#LI-PW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
