The position


As a Senior Product Manager, you will support the development & execution of portfolio marketing strategy along with the Senior Marketing Manager and actively launch campaigns & sales execution to achieve short and long-term business objectives. You will also be responsible for proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs. You will need to liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Lead the launch of new products within the rare diseases, diabetic, endocrine, cardio specialty segment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for product launch, including market analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand unmet needs, patient journey, and healthcare provider dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the success of launch strategies.
  • Leverage expertise in medical device selling and marketing to integrate strategies for new launches.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:


  • Post-Graduation – MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School (preferred). Preferably a science graduate.
  • Minimum 8-14 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Initial sales experience of 2-3 years.
  • Proven ability to provide the Sales teams with product and marketing updates.
  • Experience in supporting the sales force and ensuring they are fully prepared for successful execution.
  • Experience in any of the therapies like cardio, diabetes, endocrine, rare disease.
  • Preferably having a good understanding of Corporate & Government Hospital Business.
