The role entails conducting business and impact analysis, analysing business processes and investigating how they work, analysing and developing business/technical requirements, discovering and developing effective ways of working, and recognising and reporting risks, issues and dependencies.What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Product Developer?Senior Product Developer will be required to research, recommend and implement process/workflow efficiencies and should have a keen interest in continuous improvement:Leads cross functional project teams to identify, document and understand current and desired future state, with a view to addressing a business problem or emerging business needs Uncovers needs that business /technical partners and end users would struggle to articulate on their own, then uses appropriate tools to create diagrams/process flows that capture complex scenarios in order to present them in a structured way to facilitate stakeholders’ comprehension and discussionsWorks with project teams to capture and assemble requirements and prioritizes competing business demands to ensure delivery of business value. Articulates benefits in business language and measures the contribution of projects to business outcomesOptimizes prioritization of business needs by influencing business and technology partners' decisions to support iterative business value delivery.Guides through ambiguity, change and complexity and leads the resolution of conflict, issues and risks to remove barriers within the project/program and team while continuing momentumLeverages enterprise- or industry-specific best practices or lessons learned that impact the organisationDemonstrates experience working in a project environment with different methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.Runs effective meetings/workshopsDevelops and maintains implementation plansCritically evaluates information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances and recommend proposalsPossesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to quickly gain credibility with stakeholdersDisplays strong client service and customer focusPossesses strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind-setAwareness of the Prospectus Rewrite processSolid understanding of project management and planningAbility to work independently, with little or no guidanceWhat ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be Successful?Industry experience with solid understanding of the investment management and financial services industryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong knowledge of investment products and product development experienceExperience of regulatory projects, industry rules, guidelines and standardsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in automation of activities/processesBusiness Process Analysis & Re-engineeringMicrosoft Office – particularly Visio, PowerpointCertified Business Analysis ProfessionalCertified Disciplined Agilist - Disciplined Agile ConsortiumJob Level - Individual ContributorWork Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM ISTExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Our culture is shaped by our diverse global workforce and strongly held core values.
