As a Product Delivery Associate in the Investment Research & Technology team, you will be an integral part of the Multi-Asset Portfolio Solutions team. You will support investment analytics functions through supporting the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, and guiding successful launches. The team is uniquely positioned, working directly with the business and, in many cases, as an extension of the business. You are responsible for supporting the direction of the platform, a Product Cabinet, and prioritizing the decisions made for the platform.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Support the Product Owner or working independently to drive the product’s vision and execute strategy to realize it, while rigorously applying product best practices to stay abreast of the latest market and technology opportunities. 
  • Complement a strong product intuition with data-informed evidence to actively manage the product backlog in an agile development environment. Critically evaluate data, information, ideas, and arguments when determining what should be built, and describe what is needed with well-written stories.
  • Drive data quality testing, proof of concepts, and improvement efforts across the investment analytics platform. 
  • Set objectives for the team with well-designed Objectives & Key Results that measure success and drive accountability.
  • Drive committed partnerships with your business stakeholders, Engineering, Design, and Product peers.

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with minimum of 7 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Technology, with knowledge of different asset classes and investment products.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on, demonstrable experience in agile product practices throughout the product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with the Product Ownership model and Agile Development, including project planning, Jira story writing, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process design, procedure authoring, capacity sizing, etc.
  • High data literacy, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete, actionable solutions.
  • Organized and effective execution – work independently, set and manage expectations, and proactively manage efforts across multiple teams with effective communication.
  • Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our platform.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
  • Ability to code in python
