As a Senior Product Associate within the Client and Employee Virtual Meeting product team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with the Area Product Owner to support research and analysis for new initiatives, refining problem definitions, personas, process mapping, solution scope, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the System Architect to clarify business requirements and design the best solution using the approved tech stack.
  • Work with UI/UX designers and Content Managers to design user-facing components and workflows.
  • Break down initiatives/features into epics and stories with the Tech team, refining them to cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria for standard, alternate, and exception scenarios, and collaborate with Product Owners and scrum teams to set sprint priorities and goals.
  • Participate in retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and support the team in resolving blockers throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee integrated QA testing, drive defect resolution, and execute UAT and Production Validation to ensure delivery quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or related fields involving strategic or transformational change.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product/business analyst role or similar, preferably in digital product delivery.
  • Proficient in analysis, defining user personas, process documentation, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile delivery processes.
  • Extensive experience using JIRA/Jira Align for custom reporting and Confluence/Teams or similar collaboration tools.
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to remain composed under pressure, and excel during periods of ambiguity

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant scrum certifications (CSPO, A-CSPO, etc.) are a plus.
