Job Description

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world’s most innovative financial organizations.

As a Senior Product Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you oversee the daily operations of incoming and outgoing wires, managing customer feedback, issue resolution, and executive escalations. Utilize your expertise in production support and root cause analysis to enhance the customer experience, with a focus on fraud and scam prevention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and effectively resolve customer and product issues.
Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of wire issues.
  • Represent Wires Product during major incidents, engaging in triage calls and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage Corrections Cases for major incidents through resolution.
  • Support Executive Escalations by researching issues and providing timely updates.
  • Synthesize issue management tracking, define root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to drive business results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
  • Proficient in the product development life cycle.
  • Experienced in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Proven track record of managing production and operational issues.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze opportunities and recommend solutions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strongly prefer candidates with financial services experience.
  • Payments or wires experience is a plus.
