Our NielsenIQ Technology teams are working on our new “Connect” platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on NielsenIQ’s data and insights to innovate and grow.


As a Dynamics 365 Engineer, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. Right now our Dynamics  platform is based off of Azure on a common data model (CDM) and Microsoft Dataverse that leverage Power Platform to support things like CI/CD and integrations.  When extending Dynamics  applications, .Net is used to extend along with continuing to adopt the best in class cloud-native, low-code/no code technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto, Chennai and Pune. 


What you’ll do


  • Understanding user needs and how they fit into the overall, global solution design
  • Configuring & Implementing Dynamics Sales and Service to support Business needs
  • Prototyping new features and integrations aligned to business strategy by introducing innovation through technology while simplifying/streamlining existing architecture
  • Following source & test-driven development best practices
  • Troubleshooting and identifying root cause analysis while resolving the issues
  • Strong hands-on experience in developer leading practices. Ability to work independently and guide junior team members.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of design/architect experience with at least 3+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation expertise
  • Minimum 2 years of experience and relevant certification in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, and/or CLM solutions (e.g. Experlogix, Apttus, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Emptoris, etc.)
  • Strong functional knowledge of Sales, Service, Quote-To-Cash, Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, and Contract Lifecycle Management functionality
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following Dynamics product areas: Sales, Service, Power automate, Azure, and/or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Dynamics admin/developer, including experience with PowerBI, GitHub/TFS, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs 
  • Hands-on Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge in Power Platform and Power Apps
  • Hands-on with Plug-ins and Power automates.
  • Knowledge on Security models and fundamentals
  • Knowledge on expressions (query/ fetch)
  • Knowledge on Power Portal
  • Knowledge in Integration/ Deployments using Azure/ Devops (not mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile environment
  • Good communication skills with end users and business stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related IT field

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certified Dynamics Administrator
  • Certified Dynamics Platform Developer I
  • Apttus Quote-to-Cash Certification (CPQ 201/202 and/or CLM 201/202)
  • Solid understanding of bill of materials, product bundling, and product structure concepts
  • Experience using the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, and the Salesforce ANT migration tool.
  • Experience with Dynamics integrations (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and integration middleware technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi)
  • Experience working in object-oriented programming languages
