Senior Power Platform Specialist
Your responsibilities:
Lead Developer (With T-Shape profile in CoPilot Studio or Business Process Automation)
- Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance/best practices and support to the development team
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Lead by example, mentor and coach other developers to strengthen their skills
- Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team
- Have a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions build on the Power Platform
- Collaborate closely with the Product architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions.
- Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and the Product Architect (PA) to prioritize development activities.

- Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within development team together with Product Owner and Product Architect, to meet expected deliverables
- Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process with support from the Scrum Master
- Improve DevOps processes, like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.
- Able to support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on several project simultaneously
Core Platform – Governance:
- Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
- Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization (DAT, Security, Workplace & Identity) to align on governance strategies and decisions.
- Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy
- Identity and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
- Identify governance processes that can be automated to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Define tasks and create work instructions for individuals responsible for governance-related activities.
- Coordinate and act on updates from Microsoft, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and leverages new
- features effectively.
- Key decision maker together with Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature request for Self Service Platforms
- Responsible for the Environment Strategy of the platform and make sure guidelines are followed on the platform.
Educational Requirement
- Graduate from reputed institute.
- Relevant certifications.
Experience Requirement
- 10 – 12 years of relevant experience working Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
