Primary Responsibilities:
Should be able to manage multiple small projects/large projectas Lead Engineer and responsible for the proper and timely execution project ensuring the Dept./Disciplines quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements.
Responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation General layout, Equipment layout, Key plans, support design, Isometrics, MTO, Stress analysis, PMS and MR.
Should be well versed with 3D modeling and review packages.
Knowledge of International codes and Indian standards is essential.
Knowledge in PDS/PDMS/SP3D design software & SPR/Navisworks is desired.
Should be able to lead and guide a group of engineers and designers.
Should have experience in lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure filed engineering activities.
Should be able to do manpower planning, scheduling, man-hour estimate.etc.
Should be able to analyze the design changes and communicate the impact of changes with respect to budget and project schedule and aware of change notes.
Participation in 3D model reviews.
Should have leadership qualities and good communication verbal and written skills so as to communicate with client and lead offices.
Should be able to add value plus/optimization ideas.
