Are you interested in joining a small and nimble team that works closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to drive real organizational impact? Our Organizational Development (OD) team supports internal client groups by engaging business leaders and internal partners to produce better outcomes for our clients. With core practice areas focused on change management, leadership & team effectiveness, organization design and culture building, we achieve success by helping to create the conditions that enable people to perform at their best. We work closely with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence partners in HR, partners in the business and occasionally external consultants to bring about change and improve business performance, all in service to our clients #MID_SENIOR_LEVEL
The Sr. OD Consultant is primarily responsible for the following:
Providing expert guidance and consultation across a variety of areas, including organization design, talent management, team effectiveness, performance management, change management, learning, succession planning, coaching, as well as other related domains
Depending on the situation, works either independently or collaboratively to identify, propose, design, develop, implement, and evaluate OD, talent and learning strategies to help lines of business achieve their goals
Enhancing the ability of leadership teams to achieve better client and business outcomes by helping them perform at a high-level through assessments, coaching, facilitation of meaningful conversations and providing expert guidance on team dynamics
Transforming organizational design and culture through deliberate and impactful organization change management tools, process and efforts
Designing and facilitating small group meetings, large group interventions, and learning programs, both virtual and in-person
Representing talent management and learning portfolios with dedicated client groups, driving impactful utilization of talent management tools and learning programs across assigned client groups
Coaching business leaders through transitions and in support of their ongoing development
Leveraging HR and business data to gain business insights and drive data-based decision-making
Researching and staying current on trends in OD, incorporating new practices, tools and resources into our practice areas
Partnering with HRBPs and Center of Expertise members to achieve all the above
Typically has 8-12+ years related experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
Master of Arts/ Master of Science in related discipline (Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, I/O Psychology, etc.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) viewed favorably
Formal Coach training and/or ICF accreditation viewed favorably
Experience in the investment management industry or related field (Finance, Investment Banking, Alternatives, etc.) preferred
