Responsibilities • Provide technical support for Oracle end users• Efficiently and effectively, fix and resolve any Oracle related issues that arise• Assisting with Oracle integrations and other Oracle improvement related projects• Configure Cloud applications with accurate setups, rules, workflows including needed flex fields and personalizations• Be functionally and technically proficient in implementing modern - effective practices and design, test, document and deliver solutions to Oracle issues, that arise.• Configure and support FCCS application modules that include but, not restricted to:Develop and maintain catalog of all business rule calculation scripts, allocations, and custom calculations; perform validation that rules are functioning accurately. Perform monthly planning system maintenance tasks including scenario / version rollovers and accurate synchronization / integration of data from other financial systems.• Analyze new releases, do regression testing of all cloud updates & patches and be responsible for roll out of new features.• Build - documentation - implementation guides, data flow mapping documents and diagrams, training materials as needed.• Build, change requests for all the setups and configuration alternations and participate in the change-management process.• Provide production support & resolve issues, build support requests and follow up for customer concern and resolution with Oracle Support team.• Set up and develop BI Publisher reports, like Financial-Reporting-Studio, Smart-Views, OTBI Analyses, Dashboards and Reports• Participate in project and team meetings and provide updates and statuses.Qualifications • Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field• Experience of Minimum 7+ years, at one of Big-4, accounting firms with implementation exposure or good and detailed experience, with Oracle consulting specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and FCCS Cloud.• Oracle certification is required.• Robust experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP and FCCS) including processing chart of account changes, new legal entity setups, and building/updating approval workflows in Oracle ERP• Experience with Workday Adaptive is a bonus• Experience with all Oracle Fusion ERP modules including AP and Procurement modules, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting• Experience with OIC integrations• Experience with multiple Oracle reporting tools - OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart-View, Financial Reporting Studio - crafting reports, analyses and dashboards and writing sophisticated SQL queries.• Confirmed experience in Oracle Cloud integration using FBDI, APIs, Open Interface tables, ADFDI, web services etc., including knowledge of SaaS-PaaS integrations, hybrid integration approaches with on premise applications and supporting middleware technologies.• Understanding of functional flows - financial record to report, sub-ledgers to general ledger, period-end, reconciliations, procure to pay, financial close and consolidations process, etc.• Understanding of finance processes - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management• Technical architecture of Cloud applications, database table structures, application security, transactional and master data structures etc.• End-user training materials for using the Cloud modules including self-service reporting, dashboards, smart views etc.• Ability to detail any changes clearly and concisely before they are pushed to Oracle Production• Good interpersonal skills , attention to detail, ability to - work both independently & as a team, while, providing - timely updates to the manager.
