Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Forecasting and Analysis:


  • Conduct revenue forecasting based on firm projections, active projects, and potential new or ramp-up opportunities.
  • Perform variance analysis between revenue forecasting and invoicing, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation.

Invoicing and Reporting:


  • Prepare and maintain the Invoicing Trend Report and the Customer Profitability Report (CPR).
  • Generate and publish trend reports comparing budget, revenue, and profit figures.

Procurement and Workforce Management:


  • Create purchase requisitions for Contingent Workforce (CW) and other necessary supplies.
  • Track the status of all CW, including billing and hire-to-requisition processes
  • Monitor buffer tracking, identifying opportunities for deployment to improve utilization.
  • Compare hiring demand against the available buffer pool, working to optimize workforce utilization.

Performance and Feedback:


  • Track high aging cases, collect feedback from managers, and initiate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.
  • Work closely with HR to support the hiring, onboarding, and tracking of new joiners, including freshers.

Leave Management and Compliance:


  • Monitor and track Return to Office (RTO) compliance.
  • Manage medical and long-term leave cases, ensuring proper redeployment and resource allocation.

Training and Development:


  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions to upskill employees and improve overall team performance.

Project Management Support:


  •  Oversee the creation, modification, and extension of project codes as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in preparing financial reports and tracking workforce metrics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, particularly in cross-functional team environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and workforce management tools.
  • Experience in employee performance management and HR collaboration.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple responsibilities and support the business’s operational needs efficiently.
