  • Manage and address any inquires in the global mobility team mailbox and ticketing system.
  • Create, oversee and manage active list of assignees, maintain tracker of immigration, relocation, Certificate of Coverage (COC) data, reporting of data as required.
  • Oversee and manage all electronic files to ensure documentation is maintained for global mobility population.
  • Create assignment agreements and coordinate approval and signature.
  • Create assignment compensation calculations (salary schedules), manage payroll instructions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assignees on international assignment. Carry out pre-assignment briefing and orientation. Provide continuing advice and support to assignees.
  • Maintain International assignment data accuracy in Workday.
  • Oversee vendor billings, invoices and recharge related activities, support annual budgeting process.
  • Support assignee relocation (end to end process), coordinate with Mobility vendors.
  • Resolution or escalation of employee and/or vendor issues or concerns related to global mobility process.  
  • Support year-end tax reporting requirements.
  • Work with internal and external partners, coordinate with other departments such as HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Admin, Travel and external vendors.
  • Ensure processes are documented, create and update SOPs.
  • Support, drive and execute on global mobility projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute input towards continuous improvement in processes.
