Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy, execution, and team leadership. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary marketing team, driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and accelerating business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Identify key market trends and competitive positioning to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team spanning content marketing, design, performance marketing, SEO, website management, and marketing automation. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Content & Brand Positioning: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of compelling content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand narrative. Develop thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Analyze campaign performance, A/B test creatives and messaging, and ensure efficient allocation of the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Drive SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Oversee website enhancements to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance lead nurturing, and improve customer retention strategies. Optimize email marketing and CRM strategies to boost engagement.
- Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track, measure, and analyze marketing KPIs using data-driven insights. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign success, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing functions to maximize impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary marketing teams, including content marketing, design, performance marketing, SEO, and automation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, inbound marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics), CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
