Minimum of 10 years and above experience in a Senior solution designer-architect role with experience on implementing large and complex projects. Experienced senior resource with proven Data and Solution Architecture Design background having worked in telco industry. Experience of managing a large project from blueprint till realization. Individual contributor in a huge project or a Lead in a small project. Ability to provide functional leadership and direction to design and delivery teams. Define solution architecture and implementation architecture. Align requirements and design with impacted teams across Technology. Write the High-Level Design specification that is the input for the development team. Align requirements with impacted teams across local market. Ensure non-functional requirement Security, Privacy, Resilience, Continuity are factored into designs. The Solution Design Architect will work closely with the Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, and QA to make sure that the platform meets the needs of the business within the boundaries of the architectural roadmap and strategy. Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively translate problems and sophisticated concepts into easily understandable language. To review requirements and design documents product, capability, reporting, integration, scalability from the programme and determine the nature of any impact on the migrations process. To work with the development team to ensure code is aligned to the HLD and is implemented as efficiently as possible.To make any amendments to HLDs that may come from change requests in to the programme and work with the development team to implement these changes. To contribute to the testing approach for the ETL to ensure compliance to designs .Very strong functional experience in the areas of data analysis, database design, and ETL.Strong telecom industry experience of at least 5 years and knowledge on BSS OSS processes .Should have experience in Service Fulfilment or Service Assurance .Experience in Data migration projects .Functional knowledge of at least one COTS product: Siebel, BRM, Billing and Mediation. ITIL concepts and understanding. Interact with E2E Solution Architects to understand and freeze requirements and check their feasibility during requirement analysis.To ensure all functional requirements are covered by the solution proposed.To ensure that solution takes care of non-functional and performance related requirements.Act as a business advocate of the customer at all stages of the process and work with technology teams .Co-architect the to-be processes with strong functional understanding of best practices in provisioning, activation, billing and revenue management. Developing an end-to-end process architecture in line with chosen OSS-BSS platforms
