We are growing a large program to provide Global Commercial and Supply Chain with new systems and processes to enable growth, increase service level, deliver an outstanding customer experience, allow sales reps to focus most of their time and effort on customer facing sales opportunities and reducing operational costs. What will you be doing?


  • In this role you will responsible for deploying and supporting solutions that enable this strategic program. The position requires strong leadership and experience in deploying solutions to the salesforce & supply chain areas as well as an exposure to the logistics processes in large multi-nationals.
  • You will Own the delivery of the LRC software releases to achieve scope, schedule, financial, & quality commitments. This includes design and build of Global and Regional solutions in areas such as Surgery Scheduling, Field Inventory Management, Consignment Management, and Logistics.
  • Oversees the quality of output arising from solution build and manage the technical integrity and architectural compliance of the solution and performs system testing as required.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of suppliers and strategic partners to manage and maintain BAU services. Manage the maintenance of LRC applications availability, reliability, maintainability, serviceability & continuity requirements against the cost justified service and operating level agreements for the service
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Analysts to support the global & regional LRC (Loaner, Rental, Consignment) initiatives. Ensure that platform metrics and service SLAs are met.
  • Manages and ensures that LRC applications are coordinated in compliance with regulations and standards such as SOX, GxP, and HIPAA.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Training/certification in ITIL, Agile, Project Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in working with SaaS and mobile solutions for salesforce and supply chain area. Competences: Agile Project Delivery, Application Support, Software Development.
  • Experience in Logistics and Order Management is a plus. Ability to understand and solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation of sales & supply chain technologies, delivering Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications.
  • Experience in developing teams and operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment. Agile delivery and experience working with cloud based technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience in governing multi-functional/cross-regions solutions and ability to implement processes end-to-end. Experience managing processes to ensure compliance with regulations i.e. SOX, GxP, HIPAA.
  • Good communication & organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good attention to details, excellent problem solving, and follow-up skills required.
