Senior Manager – HHDDA Strategy Realization

Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to serve in the role of Human Health Digital Data & Analytics (HHDDA) Senior Manager Strategy Realization. 


In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Strategy Realization capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with company partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency in our ways of working across tools and governance.


Specifically, this role will:  ​


  • Be a thought leader and strategic partner for our senior HHDDA leaders and key business partners. Establish and manage close relationships with partners and stakeholders within HHDDA, Finance, Marketing, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and HR
  • Act as a key liaison within HHDDA and with HHDDA partners, including facilitation of engagements across global regions (e.g., Asia Pacific, India, Japan) to align on strategic initiatives, share best practices, and drive collaborative projects
  • Lead content development and review, crafting impactful and informative materials to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the organization
  • Proactively identify and spearhead updates and improvements by synthesizing feedback from stakeholders (e.g., Book of Work/Taxonomy Champions) and identifying opportunities for continual enhancement
  • Maintain a taxonomy playbook inclusive of structured business review templates to facilitate discussions with BU leaders on current resource allocation across the different categories and tradeoffs / reprioritization proposals during monthly meetings 
  • Partner closely with Operational Excellence team for tracking spend of approved projects and integration of the taxonomy into HHDDA financial forecasting processes
  • Provide governance support through project coordination & leadership, documentation development & review, and content optimization.

Required Skills/Experiences


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience working with Life Sciences companies with 3+ years of experience in marketing, clinical development, advanced analytics, asset portfolio management, strategic planning, insights syndication or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Strong communication skills using effective storytelling grounded on data insights
  • Strategic thinker who can be consultative and “engage as equals”
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive

Preferred Skills/Experiences:


  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
  • PMI Certified or equivalent experience
  • SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience
  • Experience in Life Science or consulting industry
  • Experience in healthcare data, insights, and analytics
  • Power BI usage experience and metrics requirements
  • Healthcare / Biopharma experience
