About the role


This role provides close supervision of call responses and handles escalated calls. Trains staff in Customer Service procedures and provides changes to procedures to ensure continuous improvement.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for driving the NPS for the customer segment handled


  • On time SA renewal with plan price increase


  • Adoption and usage of the SFDC functionalities


  • Monitoring field hours for optimum productivity


  • Identifying and Planning for technical / safety trainings for Carrier as well as Dealer / sub con team


  • Keeping Safety as prime objective


  • Meeting the plan on Revenue and Margins


  • Ensure the overdue are minimized (less than 15% of AR)


  • AR management as per Plan


  • Digital initiatives to be adopted and implemented within the team.


  • Inventory Forecasting


Minimum Requirements:
  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering


  • 15 yrs. of work experience
