Date Posted:2024-12-02Country: IndiaLocation: The Corenthum, Tower B, Unit No. B-53/2, 3rd Floor, A-41, Sector-62, Noida (Uttar Pradesh)Job Description- Functional Head- Service operation NUPCSenior Manager- Service Operation will be responsible for Technical, commercial and Account Receivable of his portfolio, in brief- Conceptualize and implement Service maintenance systems and processes like Routine and Code maintenance, callbacks, PUI, repair etc .Target setting and achievement in line with the annual plans/objectives of Zone .Guidance/support to Area Service Managers to improve area efficiency.Inventory management spares availability in store, material consumption, SL and DSL management.Business plan forecast & manpower planning Otis Indirect, Service Sales, Field Professionals and Field Partners.Regular meetings with Service Area Managers, Field Supervisors and Service Sales team for service business performance.Implementation of 3 absolutes - EH&S, Quality and Business Ethics. Ensure to Drive among field staff including field partners.Analyze monthly service operation report to take corrective actions or new initiatives. .Meet major customers for customer excellence, grievance handling and non-price visits in general.Responsible to foster culture of safety & high standard of ethical behavior through regular participation in TBT’s, Connect Sessions, Learn & Live & safety stand-down days. Ensure culture of high ethical awareness and behavior through being visible and vocal with employees on the importance of compliance with the Otis Code of Ethics and all applicable laws.Ensure 100% WWJSSS implementation.Drive and Generate additional Repair business - Booking and Sale.Service Portfolio Management growth for Service unit base, Conversion, AMC renewals, recovery and prevention of cancellations. Collection -AR, Reduction in old AR. Must demonstrate appropriate leadership skills including but not limited to effective communication, analytical ability, problem solving, tactical prowess and business acumen. Candidate should from elevator background or other similar Industry having Field operational experience in Service business involving high volumes.Should be B.Tech with preferably 15-20  years of relevant experience.
