Role Overview:



The Technology Leadoperates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.



The Incumbent will work with a globally diverse set of teams which includes SAP Basis, Security, ABAP, SAP functional team members, Infrastructure team and other IT process partners providing support for existing and new initiatives. The candidate will work closely with and advise the SAP Technical Architect on architectural topics and new applications / technologies to be integrated. The candidate will lead some cross-functional projects, relied upon to answer complex questions, and assists with program-wide initiatives. Our organization is on a transformation journey, and we envision using newer SAP technologies and infrastructure as part of this transformation and the candidate must have exposure to these new technologies. It is expected that the candidate will be able to both lead technical initiatives and be hands-on.



What will you do in this role:



  • Plan, implement, support, administer and/or monitor SAP integration solutions and middleware for cloud or hybrid scenarios.



  • Participate in design workshops and hands-on in building integration and interfaces.



  • Identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with functional consultants for validation of test results.



  • Work on projects, enhancements and support for SAP systems pertaining to functional areas like Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and others as needed.



  • Build interfaces between S/4 HANA, Net-weaver and non-SAP systems as well



  • Communicates effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and across diverse geographical locations.



  • Work with service providers, prioritize project deliverable, and determine implementation approaches.



  • Work independently with a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.



  • Work with other team members and proactively share expertise to ensure team success.




What Should you have:



  • Minimum of 8-10 years prior experience  



  • Minimum of 5-year experience with SAP Process Integration (PI) / SAP Process Orchestration (PO).



  • Minimum of 5-years of delivering SAP integration solutions for on-premises and hybrid cloud scenarios using integration protocols and adapters such as B2B, Flat file, JDBC, EDI JDBC, ODBC, Proxies, etc.).



  • Minimum or 3 years of experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).



  • Experience in using API Management and/or SAP BRM.



  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform - BTP (HANA cloud platform)



  • Prior customer-facing roles and management is preferred



  • BSc degree in Information Technology or a related field



  • Experience in 2 or more SAP full life-cycle implementation.



  • JAVA stack knowledge is essential.



  • Strong interpersonal skills and can establish and maintain credibility and a collaborative relationship.



  • Have a strong analytical skill set enjoys finding new solutions and efficiently delivering quality results.



  • Self-motivated and can work independently and in team environment.
