In this role, you'll be joining our CRM team within Corporate Engineering as a Senior Manager, Development Team Manager.
· 14+ years of technical experience.
· 10+ Years of experience in Salesforce development, full end to end implementations and leading a technical delivery team
· Experience leading and managing a development team in a fast-paced environment.
· 5+ years of people management experience
· Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning , Apex, visualforce, SOQL and LWC.
· Proven experience working on Salesforce Sales, Service,CPQ and Experience cloud
· Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a technical team and stakeholders
· Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
· Worked with large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
· Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.
· Strong troubleshooting skills on Salesforce platform.
· Expertise in Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset.
· Good knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.
· Good knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.
· Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.
· Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.
· Professional qualification or equivalent.
· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
· Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
· Agile related certifications preferable.
· Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.
· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
· Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
· Support Go-live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.
· Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.
· Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
· Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.
· Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
· Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
· Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce.
