We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Retail Solutions Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our comprehensive range of fuel solution products and fuel management systems to National and Private Oil Marketing Companies & commercial and industrial customers/accounts. This role involves strategic planning, managing a team of sales managers, and driving sales growth across the nation
Key Responsibilities:
1.Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:
Strategize and consistently achieve the committed sales forecast month on month
Thoroughly understand the market dynamics of solutions for Retail business of Oil Marketing companies and build sales strategy aligned with market needs
Build competitive advantage and always be the preferred choice of customers
Understand the Tendering process and build strategy to maximize wins.
Deep understanding of Product & solution fit
Carry out competitive analysis to understand the gaps and fill them
Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and develop sales plans to increase revenue
2.Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, motivate and manage Sales team
Set clear team goals, provide guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
3.Customer Relationship Management:
Develop strong engagement with customer by solving their problems
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand automation needs and address pain points.
Serve as the primary contact for key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
4.Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for Fuelling automation solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content, presentations, and sales materials
5.Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
6.Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share
7.Coordination with Other Departments:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and operations.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive overall business success
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
Experience:
• Proven track record in Retail automation sales, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good technical knowledge of fuelling automation, payments and cloud solutions for retail and industrial customers
Skills:
• Should have consistently achieved Sales Goal
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, customer behaviours, and market trends
• Should be thorough with Tendering process of Oil Marketing companies
• Should be able to create value proposition that benefits customers and Organization.
• Very good presentation Skills
