We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Manager of Performance Marketing Enablement to join us in Bangalore as part of the Performance Marketing team. In an age of genAI and big data we need to cut through the noise to find factual answers to drive our marketing strategy further. This role will cover many marketing specialisms with a core focus on pushing new and improved strategies to market. The successful individual will have experience using martech, multiple analytic stacks and have a passion for remaining up-to-date on emerging technology to ensure we are delivering best-practice digital marketing capabilities across the business.Senior Manager, Performance Marketing EnablementThe Senior Manager, Performance Marketing Enablement is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership skills to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation in marketing technology. The position involves collaborating with various teams in and out of marketing to align marketing technology initiatives with overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Technology Strategy and Implementation
- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust marketing technology solutions, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Ensure architectural alignment between marketing technology goals and business goals, maintaining consistency with industry best practices and technology standards.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency and ensure seamless marketing operations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and enhances customer engagement.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and optimise the customer journey.
Technology Enablement and Management
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of key marketing technology platforms including CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics.
- Lead efforts to collect, analyse, and leverage data to drive marketing strategies, campaign performance and customer insights.
- Develop and implement personalisation and AB testing strategies to optimise site performance and improve customer experience.
- Build governance frameworks for marketing technology adoption, ensuring efficient workflows and best practices are maintained throughout the organisation.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with the marketing, digital marketing & automation, data privacy and protection, and engineering teams to align technology initiatives with organisational goals and ensure seamless integration across all platforms.
- Serve as a key point of contact for marketing technology-related projects and initiatives, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing technology solutions adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Work closely with analytics and data science teams to monitor performance and drive data-driven marketing strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and manage a high-performing Martech team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, enhancing their technical and strategic capabilities.
- Effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex marketing technology concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and CDP.
- Strong understanding of analytical tools, web optimisation, personalisation, AB testing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business impact through technology enablement.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to build long-standing relationships.
