Designation: Senior Manager- GSC People
Base Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: - Deputy General Manager Global Shared Services- India
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Shared Service Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- HR Information Systems (HRIS):
- Oversee the HRIS platform, including data entry, system maintenance, and reporting.
- Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Employee Experience:
- Ensure a positive employee experience by a Key Responsibility 1. Shared Service Operations:
o Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and data management.
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
2. HR Information Systems (HRIS):
o Oversee the HRIS platform, including data entry, system maintenance, and reporting.
o Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.
3. Employee Experience:
o Ensure a positive employee experience by addressing HR-related concerns promptly.
4. Process Improvement:
o Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
o Streamline workflows to enhance productivity.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR operations.
5. Vendor Management:
o Collaborate with external vendors for services such as payroll processing, background verification, and employee benefits.
6. Compliance
o Stay updated on labour laws, statutory requirements, and compliance regulations specific to India.
o Ensure adherence to legal guidelines in all HR practices.
o Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Qualification and Competencies
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in core HR Operations with minimum 5-7 yrs of Team handling experience
- Good Communications skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications. Open to work in rotating Shifts
