HR manager is assigned to analyze the department’s performance metrics and devise even better strategies to boost productivity throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development. Lead the recruitment process, including identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Oversee performance review processes, set employee goals, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. - Compensation and Benefits:
Manage employee compensation structure, benefits plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws, including labor regulations, safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies. - Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities. Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and present insights to senior management to inform decision-making. - Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance, and legal, to address HR related issues and support business objectiveQualifications- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
- 14+ Years of Human Resources experience in a Product IT Organization.
- Effective people manager and ability to drive performance and results.
- Hold good cultural understanding of a Global IT Organization and can adapt to the pace of execution and can multitask
- Experience with HRIS, strong preference for Workday
- Demonstrates a strong knowledge of organizational change, culture transformation process and change management
- Ability to prioritize high volume of projects
- Ability to manage and complete tasks from start to finish
