Job Description

About the Role:


The HR Analytics Senior Manager will lead the development, implementation, and management of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives to optimize organizational performance and employee engagement. This role will involve leveraging advanced analytics tools and methodologies, including Power BI and Workday reporting, to provide insights into workforce trends, talent acquisition, retention, diversity, compensation, and performance management. 


Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and implementation of HR analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and key stakeholders to identify analytical needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards using Power BI and Workday reporting tools to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and practices.
  • Partner with IT and other relevant departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across HR systems and platforms, including Workday.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR analytics, including Power BI and Workday reporting, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analytical projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Workday reporting tools for creating and analyzing HR data visualizations and reports.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology platforms is a plus.
