• Develop and implement a comprehensive operations excellence strategy to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all aspects of supply chain at across DP World sites
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams to define performance metrics, set targets, and establish KPIs to monitor and measure progress towards operational excellence goals.
• Provide due support on ground towards new project roll out, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, adherence to project timelines and budgets, and successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices for Sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to drive collaboration and alignment on operational excellence initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and contract logistics, recommending innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on the progress, impact, and ROI of operations excellence initiatives and project implementations across Sites.
