Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible in leading and managing medical marketing for a Global Brand Portfolio - creating, executing and monitoring brand strategy.
Building Brands
- Provide short term and long-term strategic direction for the brand
- Conceptualize, develop& execute the full medical marketing mix to drive the brand agenda.
- Work closely with the HCN Science team to deliver strong insights for HCP communication
- Works collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to develop impactful campaigns & drive superior market results
- Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales and demand planning teams to generate accurate volume forecasts.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery/execution of campaign collaterals/inputs/activities to field force.
- Continually incorporate customer feedback and macro view of the market through formal sources of feedback like research (Structured / MR driven etc.)
- Undertake field work to establish a strong connect with KOLs
Financials & Budgetary Control
- Achieve Market Share, topline & bottom-line targets
- Budgetary control for cost management
- Risk management & compliance control.
Experience Needed
- 10-12 years of experience (post MBA, preferably Tier 1)
- Experience in Pharma / OTC (Pediatric segment exposure is a must)
- Team Management
