Accountabilities


- Delivery of service initiatives as part of the Service Excellence Program.
- Track and report on the value delivered by each Service Excellence initiative.
- Maintain and input into the Service Excellence Program roadmap with the Service Excellence Lead.
- Inputting into the service vision and strategy along with the Service Excellence Lead.
- Use data, trends, and service information to define further improvement activities.
- Support the Service Excellence Group, Customer Service Managers, and Operational Service Managers to drive adoption of Service Excellence.
- Act as a go-to expert for service best practices and improvements.
- Input into, run, and analyze end-user and stakeholder satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in the design and production of consistent reporting of IT metrics within Science & Enabling Units IT and of service reporting to associated business leadership.
- Build effective relationships across AZ Technology teams to continuously improve ways of working.
- Focus on strategic complex partnerships, leading the management of high-value/highly complex vendor contracts.


Essential Skills/Experience


- Overall 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Minimum 3+ years experience using ETL/API Platform for developing REST services
- Experience in designing ETL/API other modeling languages, SQL skills
- Experience in design, developing, testing, implementation, and documentation of Mule APIs and Mule Anypoint platform
- Good understanding of integration patterns
- Analyze business requirements and review technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards
- Exposure to Integration architecture, working with connectors/debuggers, flow analyzers, and configuration tools
- Experience in building common service framework for logging, error handling, authentication/authorization
- Experience in CICD using Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, SQL, Snaplogic/Any ETL, and Mulesoft/Any API
- Experience with different integration platforms and API management tools are a plus
- Experience in Java/J2EE is a plus


Desirable Skills/Experience


- Experience of delivery within a matrix management structure
- Experience in management of vendors and suppliers
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
- Ready to work in office for 3 days a week
