Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure), data center operations, networking, and security. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to manage IT teams, optimize system performance, and ensure 24/7 infrastructure availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business needs.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee hybrid IT environments, including on-premises and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure).
- Operations & Incident Management: Ensure 24/7 availability, troubleshoot outages, and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Security & Compliance: Manage identity and access management (IDAM/PAM), firewall security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Networking & System Administration: Maintain LAN/WAN, VoIP, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), Windows clustering, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Team Leadership: Mentor IT support teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise hardware.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls (Juniper, Fortinet), network security, databases (SQL), and Linux-based environments.
- Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, PMP, CISM, ITIL, or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi-location IT teams and execute large-scale infrastructure projects.
